How to request deletion

1. Enter the email address used for your Competitive Carports account (or the email used for guest enquiries / bookings).
2. Optionally tell us why you are leaving and confirm that you understand deletion is permanent.
3. Submit this form. We will process your request within 7 business days.
4. We will email you when deletion is complete, or if we need to verify your identity.

What data is deleted

When your request is approved, we delete or permanently anonymise the following personal data linked to your account (where held):

• Account profile details (name, email, phone number, login credentials)
• Saved session / authentication tokens associated with your account
• Profile photos or uploads linked only to your user account
• App account preferences and in-app personal settings
• Personal enquiry messages submitted under your user account

What data may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited period where we have a lawful reason to keep it, for example:

• Orders, invoices and payments — may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance
• Bookings / appointments — may be retained in anonymised or minimised form for operational and legal records
• Security and abuse logs — may be kept temporarily for security and fraud prevention
• Communications required for service delivery — only as needed to complete an existing transaction or resolve a dispute

Where retention is required, we remove or anonymise personal identifiers wherever reasonably possible.
